MobileCollect Base Receivers accept measurements from MobileModule and Remote Transmitters and transfer the measurement to any software application on a PC, PLC, tablet or mobile device.
Keyboard Wedge Output: Keyboard Wedge is used for sending measurement data to programs such as Excel, cloud-based SPC or other applications that require keyboard entry.

Our MobileCollect Transmitters are connected directly to the measurement device and transmit data to the Base Receiver. Mobile Modules are battery powered and used when mobility is key. Remotes are used when you would like to capture data from stationary devices.
The Mini Mobile Module is the go-to transmitter for connecting most gages. If you’re using a indicator, caliper, micrometer or other digital devices this is the transmitter for you. The Mini Mobile Module is our most compact transmitter.
Are you interested in sending commands from the Base Receiver or your SPC software to initiate a gage reading? The Command Mobile Module is purpose built for this with a larger battery and form factor than the Mini Mobile Module.
Want to bring an RS-232 device online with your other gages? Now you can with the RS-232 V2 Mobile Module! This Mobile Module has the same larger form factor as the Command Mobile Module to support it’s need for a larger battery.
This RS-232 transmitter gives you the ability to send commands to an RS-232 device from your base or SPC software to get a reading.
All of the great features found in the Command Mobile Module without the need to worry about battery life.

The GageWay Pro interfaces are the fastest, most advanced and configurable interfaces available today. The GageWay Single Gage Interfaces support digital gages from CDI, Mahr Federal, Mitutoyo, Ono Sokki, etc. Other manufacturers also produce gages that have a Mitutoyo compatible output. These include Federal, LMI and others. Our Single Gage Interfaces come with two output types; serial and keyboard wedge.
Serial is used for software applications that can monitor a COM Port such as SPC programs. Keyboard Wedge is used for applications that require you to type the data in such as Excel.

The WedgeLink AT is a user-configurable hardware keyboard wedge that accepts input from any RS-232 device. With the WedgeLink AT, you can transfer RS-232 data into any PC application that accepts keyboard input. Common applications that are used with the WedgeLink AT include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Minitab.
The WedgeLink SP is a hardware keyboard wedge that accepts input from RS-232 devices. With the WedgeLink SP, you can transfer RS-232 data into any PC application that accepts keyboard input. Some of the more common applications that are used with the WedgeLink SP include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, etc.
